We do not have a fixed rate card for pricing our custom signage and neon lights. Each customised neon light is unique, and we consider factors such as the dimensions of the sign and its complexity when providing a quote. For instance, a cursive font design may incur a slightly higher cost compared to a basic caps font.
Rest assured, we will provide you with a fair and accurate quote based on your specific customisation requirements.
Is there a deposit amount required?
No deposit is required when requesting a design from us for your neon light idea. However, it’s important to note that all designs produced by our company are owned by us, unless otherwise stated.
Once you decide to proceed with the manufacturing/production process, please discuss with our representative if you prefer not to make a full payment deposit. In such cases, a certain amount will still be required to initiate or kickstart the project. Please keep in mind that the deposit amount will be determined based on the scale of the project.
What is the lead time for customised neon lights?
Our customised services have a two-stage lead time: the designing process and the production process. During the designing process, we collaborate with you to finalise the design for your neon lights. Once the design is approved, we move into the production stage, which typically takes 1-2 working weeks. The exact timeframe for production depends on the scale and complexity of the project.
